Brad & Clay and the entire HousePro team have absolutely phenomenal to build a home with. We built once before and swore we would nerve do it again due to that experience but HousePro have absolutely blown us away. We designed our build completely custom & still the process was stress free and smooth sailing due to Brad & Clay's hard work. the build started when it was supposed to and has flown past many others getting built in our estate. They are organised, onto everything and have such attention to which 1000% shows in their homes. Not only are they quality builders but they are easy to communicate with and treat you like you're one of their own. Most homes are completed within 18–24 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Because we intentionally limit the number of homes we take on, we're able to provide a more personal building experience, maintain clear communication and deliver quality homes in a timely manner.
Yes. Every HousePro home includes a comprehensive one-year maintenance inspection to address any defects or issues that may arise after handover, giving you peace of mind as you settle into your new home. In addition, all homes are backed by a 6-year structural warranty, ensuring your investment is protected long after the build is complete.
